Bio
Thomas S. Rubin is an attorney with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of entertainment and media, intellectual property, and business transactional law. A graduate of Harvard University (A.B. magna cum laude, 1990) and the UCLA School of Law (J.D., 1995), Tom began his legal career as an associate at the firm of Kenoff & Machtinger, where he practiced transactional entertainment law and litigation. He next worked in the position of Director, Business & Legal Affairs for the United Paramount Network. Tom then served as business and legal affairs director for Winfire, Inc., a broadband and software company. From 2003 to 2008, Tom was of counsel to the firm of Reder & Feig LLP, and in 2009 he co-founded the firm of Rowan & Rubin LLP. Since 2012, Tom has practiced with his own firm, the Law Offices of Thomas S. Rubin. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
